Our Delivery method is by ‘Door to Door’ air express or air post
We mainly use Royal mail or DHL. For us to provide the quickest delivery options we may use other companies to provide the delivery to you. All products are insured until delivery and you have signed for the product.
The delivery Cost is free for the UK and you have the option for hand delivery by a member of our team if you live in the Central London.
The Other delivery Cost  is £30 this includes international delivery. Although we understand delivery will cost more, but we value our customer so much we are willing to incur the other part of the deliver costs.
If you order 2 suits or more deliver is totally free.

We aim to to fulfill all deliveries with 4 week of ordering your product, our average delivery time is 2/3 weeks.

Yes, you can pick up your delivery in person, you will need to bring a photo ID (passport or UK Driving License). We will notify you when your delivery is ready by email. For this option you will need to contact our Customer Service team here

If you are sending your friend for a pickup, you will need to email us with your request from the registered email address with a copy of your photo ID (passport or UK Driving License) . Also on pickup your friend or family member will need to have a copy of the Same Photo ID you had provided to us.

We will aim to fulfill deliveries as soon as we can according to the best delivery options at the current time of dispatch.
The products ordered by you will be at your risk from the time of delivery, and ownership of them will only pass to you when we receive the full payment of all sums due in respect of them, including alteration and delivery charges if applicable.
We are not responsible for any delays on delivery that are outside our purview. Our responsibility for delivery is until the point of when the product is given to the delivery company
Dimasq are under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order that we believe violates the terms of any offers, or for products incorrectly priced on the website. We therefore reserve the right to cancel an order even after it has been accepted. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly or mistakenly included within a special offer, we will contact you immediately to inform you that your order has been cancelled.
